Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Because Femme de la Creme uses third party vendors as suppliers we are reliant on their action. If Femme de la Creme is alerted to a widespread shipping delay we will make note on the site or contact you personally. We strive to use reputable vendors, but if you do have an issue you may contact us at hellofemmedelacreme@gmail.com.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
United States shipping charges for your order are calculated by vendor by item; meaning shipping could be prohibitively expensive. To avoid surprise charges, shipping is already calculated into the purchase price you see listed next to the item.*
*Some specialty items may include additional shipping charges. Those items will have a note in the product description, and/or you will see shipping selection and cost during your checkout process.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Femme de la Creme is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hellofemmedelacreme@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you are concerned you may not have received your order please contact us at hellofemmedelacreme@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Address Error
